This is a great bike for family rides.  I have been riding my kids, ages 4 & 6, to school on the Trident.  They love it and ask to ride every day.  We have completed over 200 miles of riding together as a family.  The ride is smooth and stable.  Turning was a challenge at first, but we got quickly got familiar with the length of the bike and its turning abilities. My guys aren’t quite big enough to fit the bike so we use crank arm shorteners to get the right fit.  Make no mistake about it, this is a lot of bike to manage.  Every so often one of my young stokers will point and lunge at something interesting and it takes a lot of effort to keep us from swerving or crashing (we are working on that).  We love the bike and hope to continue riding for years to come.
