From tandems to touring bikes, our approach to building bicycles draws from traditional elements, yet we’ve openly discarded anything that doesn’t serve the purpose of making a better bicycle. The emphasis here is on design, from the very tubing that your Co-Motion is made of, to the way every one of our bicycles interacts with the human body.

The Metolius is the latest culmination of Co-Motion tandem design and Bosch technology plus countless hours of testing and refining. This e-tandem is quite possibly the most versatile bicycle we've built to date.
Based on a similar platform as the popular Steelhead road/ gravel tandem, the Metolius utilizes the most powerful Bosch Performance pedal-assist motor integrated with an electronic shifting Rohloff internally geared hub or SRAM 12-speed drivetrain for the ultimate riding experience. Ride farther with more comfort and less effort.
